Yashoman Apte was born in Mumbai. He took his primary education in Parle Tilak Vidyalaya which is in Vile, Parle, Mumbai. Then he took his education from M.L. Dahanukar College of Commerce.

Yashoman Apte has won Inter University youth festival national level overall championship runners up trophy. He has also won 5 individual trophies in Mumbai University youth festival at state level competition.

Yashoman Apte played the Zopla Marathi Natak. He started his acting career in 35% kathavar pass which was a movie dedicated to backbenchers. Following his movie debut, he was seen in Marathi television serial Phulpakhru.

This serial is directed by Mandar Devasthali. This is young Romantic show on Zee Yuva based on the lovestory of a young college going couple.
